Online Submission Portal FAQs

This year, we are using a new system to submit paper proposals and grant applications. By implementing this system, we hope to make it easier to submit your applications and streamline communication. I forget my login and/or password, how can I login?

Select "Retrieve Username" or "Reset Password" under the login credentials. Typically, your username is the email you used to create the account.

How do I know if I have an account?

If you are not sure if you have an account, or you cannot remember which email is associated with your membership, you can contact Emily Lucas at [email protected] and she will be able to look up your information. You could also try logging in or resetting your password with the email you believe is associated with your account.

You can create a free account or join as a dues-paying member on the login page.

I joined/renewed my membership, why can't I fill out the grant application?

If you joined/renewed when you opened the submission, you will need to logout and log back in to the submission portal. If you continue to have difficulty, contact Emily Lucas at [email protected].

I'm certain I am a dues-paying member, why can't I access the application?

Contact Emily Lucas at [email protected]. It could be that the email you are using is not associated with your member account or that your membership expired.

When I try to renew my membership, I get this message: "You are not eligible to renew on this form. If you feel like this is in error, please contact the administrator for help." What does this mean?

This means your membership does not need renewed and your a member in good standing.

How can my reference upload their letter of recommendation?

In the submission form there is a space to enter the name and email of your reference. They will receive an email with instructions on how to upload the letter upon submission of your application.
