Registration

I'm a student, why do I keep getting charged the non-member rate for Conference Registration? 

Only student members are eligible for the student conference rate. To learn more about membership with ASMEA and to join, visit here. If you are an active member, make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your account. There is also the chance that your membership has expired and you will need to renew. If you are still having difficulty, contact [email protected]

I’m a full member, why am I being charged the non-member rate for the Conference Registration fee?

How do I become a member?

I need a receipt to get reimbursed for membership fees and conference registration, how can I get one?

Login to your membership profile and view your invoices. If you registered before August 18, 2020 contact [email protected] for a receipt. If you are not an active member of the Association, contact [email protected]

How do I login to the event?

On the day of the event you can login via this LINK. You can also go to the conference page here to login on the day of the event. Your login is the email address you registered with and your password was provided to you in an email.

I'm having trouble logging into the event, what can I do?

If you have a login and password and the password is incorrect, reset your password.

Be sure you are using the correct email associated with your registration. Each registration is tied to the email you signed up to attend the event with and only this email will allow you access to the conference.

If you just registered, there can be a few minutes delay in accessing the event platform. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Will I be able to asks questions of panelists?

All live Q&A sessions occurred during the live event November 18 - 20, 2020. All content is now on-demand only. You can access this content HERE.

What is the best way to view online content?

Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers. You can download these for free. For best viewing, use a laptop, desktop, or tablet device. 

I will be unable to attend all the presentations, will I be able to watch content in an on demand format?

After the event, content will be made available in an on demand format for 90 days to registered attendees. If you miss the event completely, you can register to attend and view all recordings and visit the exhibitor area. You will be unable to participate in any Q&A, however, you will be able to email presenters.
